    If your plants arrive damaged, sick, squashed or something else is wrong, please tell us immediately and we’ll do our best to sort it for you. Please only leave a bad review after we’ve properly fallen out!

    We’ll happily replace or refund damaged plants but regret that we can’t accept returns. If you have a problem please contact us using the form below.

    2. Highest quality UK grown herbs

    All of our herbs are grown in the UK in reduced peat or peat free compost. We’ll always despatch them in top condition which may include giving them a haircut before we send them out.

    3. Fast delivery – next day shipping

    We only sell herbs that are in stock, unless the collection is marked ‘pre-order’. Currently we despatch same day or next day on a standard 48hr service. We’re happy to send your plants to family or friends as a present, but regret that we can’t guarantee exact date of delivery.

    4. Environmentally friendly packaging

    Our packaging is 100% recyclable including the tiny cellophane wrapper around the snips. Everything else is bio-degradable and can be chucked onto your compost heap. The herb guide is printed on FSC certified paper and our packaging tape is eco-friendly too.

    Fennel plants contain many beneficial nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It’s been used in medicine since Roman times, Pliny the Elder was particularly enamoured. Thought to be particularly good for cardiovascular health, Fennel is very high in magnesium, potassium and nitrite.
